Deborah Wecselman transformed the living room into an eclectic retrospective chockablock with references to her decades spent traveling the world and amassing enviable collections of art, design, and antiques. Antique mirrored brass panels backdropping the Pivot Home sofa reference her New York apartment in the 1980s while alpaca throw pillows pay homage to her Peruvian origins and her own personal art collection hangs above a banquette. Leftfield design flourishes abound: Jamie Harris’s ceiling installation resembling iridescent lilypads illuminates a spindly anemone-like lamp by Pia-Maria Raeder, a freestanding Visionnaire bar finished in high-gloss blue lacquer, and a ceramic mirror by LGS Studio mounted above the fireplace.
