Her career was defined early on, with more than a decade at Ralph Lauren, where her talent quickly propelled her to the role of Senior Director of International Store Design. Over a remarkable twelve years, she crafted and elevated the interiors of Ralph Lauren flagship stores worldwide.

Maintaining a boutique practice with a seasoned team of architects and designers, Wecselman remains intimately involved in every project, guiding clients through a highly personalized process that translates lifestyle, history, and individuality into enduring design.
